This led to delivery delays and difficult coordination between online and offline sales channels. The average delivery time ranged from 3 to 5 business days, increasing pressure on logistics teams and generating a larger number of customer inquiries regarding order status. After implementing the sSuite solution, the average delivery time was reduced from 3–5 business days to 1–3 business days, an improvement of 2 business days per order. Thanks to automation and improved coordination, the number of manual interventions decreased, and processing errors were eliminated.
